I HAD A MASTECTOMY 3 YEARS AGO (5 SURGERIES WITHIN 18 MONTHS WITH THE LAST ONE BEING 2 YEARS AGO). i HAVE A LOT OF POST SURGERY PAIN STILL AND HAVE NOT BEEN SLEEPING WELL. i AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THESE EXERCISES FOR MY LOW BACK WHICH HAS BEEN LOCKED UP. i HAVE pt EXERCISES FOR MY SHOULDERS. aNY TIPS FOR EASY VIEWING OF THESE VIDEOS WHILE EXERCISING. CAN THEY BE STREAMED THROUGH THE TV AND IF YES, WHAT SO I NEED TO PURCHASE TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN. i HAVE AN IPHONE WHICH IS NOT EASY TO SEE AND I DON’T WANT TO HAVE TO HOLD IT/MOVE IT AROUND CONSTANTLY WHILE EXERCISING AND A pc ON OUR DESK UPSTAIRS. tHANK YOU FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS YOU CAN PROVIDE!

      As far as streaming workouts to your TV is concerned, do you have Chromecast or Apple TV or one of those streaming devices? You won’t be able to stream directly from your phone, you’ll have to stream the videos from a laptop or computer (a tablet/iPad might work also).
