Inhale arms up, exhale down — slow and steady. Do this 3 times
Calm Presence
Sit tall, inhale “presence,” exhale “calm.”
Light and Clear
Shake out hands, inhale “light,” exhale “clear.”
Balanced Breath
Inhale through nose 4, exhale through mouth 6.
Aligned Breath
Take 3 grounding breaths, feel alignment.
