Belly Gratitude
Place your hand on your belly. Inhale expand. Exhale softly. Repeat 4 breaths. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Thank You.” Exhale “For provision.”
Softening Breath
Inhale for 4 counts. Exhale for 6. Repeat 4–5 times. Notice your body soften. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Soften.” Exhale “Surrender.”
Fold and Flow
Inhale arms wide. Exhale, fold forward, soft knees. Repeat 4 times. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Open.” Exhale “Let go.”
Gentle Twist
Twist side to side slowly. Let arms swing. Breathe naturally for 30 seconds. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Move.” Exhale “Release.”
Refresh–Restore
Stand tall. Inhale deeply. Exhale fully. Repeat 4 times. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Refresh.” Exhale “Restore.”
Heart Warmth
Rub palms together for 10 seconds. Place over the heart. Breathe deeply 3 times. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Loved.” Exhale “Held.”
Cooling Breath
Inhale through the nose for 4 counts. Exhale through the mouth for 6 counts. Repeat 5 times. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Cool.” Exhale “Release.”
