This is a strength-focused class available to women and men of all ages and abilities. We use some choreography and focus on strength-training. Meet at the Dream Center of Lake Elsinore every Friday at 9:00am. Childcare is available if you RSVP by Thursday at 5:00pm. This offering is supported by donations only. Bring a mat and weights if you have them, if not, use ours! Don't forget your water bottle.
