I am a Certified Revelation Wellness Instructor from Platoon 25. I live in the west Fort Worth/Aledo area and love helping women find community and accountability whether online or in person!

My passions are teaching women to find joy in exercise, practicing stillness and biblical mediation, Stretching & Soaking. I would love to help you reconnect with your body to enjoy movement and food again! I am a fierce fighter of diet culture and believe that when we partner God in a wholistic approach to our wellness he will lead us and guide into true freedom and healing.
