Join me for a faith that moves every Tuesday morning from 9:30am-10:30am at St. Gregory the Great Church in Harrison, NY. This class is for women 18 years and older of all abilities. We focus on safe and functional movements through choreographed moves, drumstick workouts, use of hand-weights and bodyweight, while keeping Jesus at the center of all we do. Each class ends with a cool down and good stretch and time in meditation to soak in God's Word.
