Children from newborn to five years old are invited to join this fun faith-based fitness class with a parent or caregiver. We will learn about and grow in the love of God through the modality of fitness using games, exercises, dancing, and more! Class will end with a healthy snack. Join us for a time of building healthy habits for the mind, body, and spirit and making new friends. A certified Revelation Wellness® instructor will lead the class.
