I teach a “semester” geared book series. This fall I start with Breaking Free From Body Shame. Next semester I teach either The Body Revelation or The Wellness Revelation. Then, the following year I alternate. Really seeing this as a wellness journey that takes time to heal and establish new rhythms. You are welcome to join one class or all of them.
