We’re so glad you’re interested in digging deeper into these topics. However, please keep in mind that we are not endorsing people, ministries, or conclusions found from scientific research in their entirety. We do our best to recommend solid content to give you knowledge in each category. The only infallible endorsement we offer is of the Word of God!

There are books on this list that are not written by Christians or from a Christian worldview, but they provide helpful research into the complex function (or dysfunction) of your body. 1. Thank you so much for the book list. I am very discerning when picking and reading Christian books, and usually only pick ones recommended by people whose opinion I respect. So since I respect yours and your group, this was a great resource.

    1. Thanks, Heather! Read the disclaimer at the top of the post. Not all books are written from a Christian worldview, but there are still valuable things we can learn from them. It’s great to read books in groups to discuss what you’re learning!

Taking this starting assessment is a powerful first step on your journey toward growth and transformation. Think of it as a pin on a map—it shows you where you are right now in mind, body, and spirit. This tool is about awareness, not judgment. It doesn’t define you or your worth; it’s simply a way to understand your starting point so you can create a purposeful plan for where you want to go. Remember, you are a good body, beautifully made by God, exactly as you are today. This is about building on that foundation with love and intention.
