Fuel, Don’t Fix
Eat to fuel your movement, not to fix your mood. Before eating, ask: “Am I fueling my body or reacting to a feeling?” Then choose a balanced option.
Cleansing Exhale

Heart Connection
Inhale arms open. Exhale hands to heart. Pause 3 breaths. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Loved.” Exhale “Secure.”
Hebrews 4:6-7
God again set a certain day, calling it “Today.” This he did when a long time later he spoke through David, as in the passage already quoted: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.”

Add both to one meal: Example: grilled chicken + spinach salad + olive oil.
