Joyful Exhale
With someone in your home, or a friend, stop, inhale together, and exhale laughter. Give them a high five!
Grounded Breath
Take three deep grounding breaths. Notice your feet in your shoes.
Ease and Order
Roll shoulders up, back, and down slowly 5 times, inhale “organization”, exhale “ease”.
Quiet Rhythm
Sit quietly. Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts, breathe out for 6. Do this 8 times.
Steady Support
Sit or stand tall and Inhale “steady,” exhale “supported.” Repeat 5 times.
Even Flow
Stretch side to side, breathing evenly, 4 times on each side.
Heart Tap
Tap gently over your heart with your right hand, and feel calm. Close your eyes and gently look up to your Father in Heaven. Tell him thank you for my heartbeat.
Smile Breath
Bring a gentle smile to your face. Inhale deeply for 5 seconds as you say “God is pleased”. Exhale longer, and say, “So am I.”
Belly Breath
Place your hand on your belly, breathe slowly 4 times, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. Notice your belly rise and fall
Energize
Shake out shoulders; inhale energy.
