Tension Drop
Inhale, lift shoulders toward ears (4 counts). Exhale, drop them completely (6 counts). Repeat: 3 rounds. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Gather,” exhale “Release.”
Mark 6:31
And he said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.” For many were coming and going, and they had no leisure even to eat.
Visible Veggies
Wash, cut, and store veggies where you can easily see them in the fridge. Try: Prep 2–3 vegetables today. Reflection: “Prepared food gets eaten.”

Open Hands
Gently roll wrists, opening palms toward the sky, then inward. Breathe slowly as fingers release. Repeat: 6–8 circles each direction. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Open,” exhale “Unclench.”
Matthew 14:30-32

Evening Calm

Long Exhale Calm
Sit or stand quietly. Allow the exhale to naturally lengthen as you notice your breath rhythm. Repeat: 30 seconds or 4–5 breaths. Breath Prayer: Inhale “Here,” exhale “I soften.”
